Our Stepped Grommets also known as Stepped Sleeves or Tapered Electrical Grommets are easily cut to along the steps to allow for a variety of cable thicknesses / bundle diameters. Starting of with a blind end, the Stepped Grommets can be used as blanking plugs. Made from flexible PVC, the Grommets are easily fitted by hand and cut to the required size depending on the application.

Stepped Grommets, like all standard Rubber Grommets are designed to protect cables passing through metal panels. They act as a seal and also another layer of protection to prevent electrical cables wearing against sharp metal edges. Match the hole diameter to the opening in your panel and then allow for the correct bundle size within the range of the coned section.
