When is the Christmas Shut Down this year and how will this affect my order?
We are closed from the 20th of December and re-open on the 2nd of January, our teams will not be contactable during this time. All orders placed online or purchase orders received will be processed on our return. Thank you. 🎄
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum quantity of each product is different, however most Standard Stock Items are available from 1 piece upwards for online orders (You can view this information by clicking 'view prices' in the Products section). The minimum basket amount that can be placed is £50.00 + VAT, this can be made up of different items. If you would like a specific quotation, please contact sales now on 01634 686504
What is the minimum order value?
This is displayed on each product page and the total basket value must be £50.00 + VAT or over. Carriage, where applicable will be added at the checkout. Through the office we have a minimum order value of £95.00 for UK orders and €195.00 for European orders. Our Sales Team are available to help between 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday.
Can I order online even though I am a private individual & do not have a company name?
Yes, our website has been set-up to help everyone, providing the minimum basket value of £50.00 + VAT is covered. Please test a Free Sample if you are unsure of the fit of the item.
What are the delivery times?
Standard Stock Items ordered before 14:00 will be despatched the same day on a next-day standard service*. If your order is urgent, please confirm stock and upgrade the delivery service by phoning the Sales Team on 01634 686504. If, for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you as quickly as possible. (*Standard next-day delivery with DHL or Royal Mail is not guaranteed, contact us to upgrade if your order is urgent).
Do I qualify for Free Delivery?
We do not charge for delivery of standard pre-paid orders placed via the website for UK Mainland, other than Scottish Highlands. Charges will be calculated and applied for deliveries leaving the Mainland and for repeated delivery attempts or collections.
Will my order arrive next-day if I qualify for Free Delivery?
Free Delivery does not guarantee next-day delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us on 01634 686504 to upgrade your order.
I have received a discount code, how do I use this?
Exclusive discounts for use on ecommerce orders can be redeemed from the basket, simply enter your code into 'promotional code'. Codes are issued on the basis of one use per user and may be subject to an expiry date - please speak to a member of the sales team for more information.
Is the stock availability displayed on the website live and completely up-to-date?
We update all of the stock levels once per hour, this is to optimise performance on the website and not slow down the ordering process. This does mean that in some cases, the information may be incorrect, please check via live chat or by calling 01634 686504 if you are concerned.
How much do you charge for samples?
We provide a limited number of items, free of charge as samples to help approve larger orders. For traceability and reliability we send all sample by courier rather than post, which is reflected in the delivery charge where applicable (£4.50 for non-trade customers).
What does Manufacturing Tolerance mean and how will this effect the product I order?
All manufactured items include a 'tolerance' or slight variance in size that is deemed acceptable. For example, a tube listed as. 10mm +/- 1mm, could be supplied anywhere between 9mm and 11mm without being a Quality Issue. This varies per product, so please contact the Sales Team for more information on 01634 686504.
Is your full product range available online?
No, the website offers a selection of our most popular items and product-lines that we keep in stock for fast delivery. We regularly sell 1000's of other parts across many industries and hold safety-stock for 1000's of customers. We are setting up new lines every week and commissioning new bespoke tooling for customers all of the time. What should I do if i have any issues with my order?

Are telephone calls recorded and if so, why?
Yes, we have the facility to record telephone conversations. The recordings are used for training and development purposes and are not kept indefiniteley.
Is everything guaranteed to be in stock and available as advertised?
No, we work hard to manage our inventory so that our stock items are available, but due to manufacturing lead-times and irregular demands, this may not always be possible. If the full quantity is not available, we will part-ship your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. E & OE.
Are the Product Images accurate representations of the parts I have ordered?
We are in the process of updating our image library with different product variation photos. However, for some parts, we are still using generic photos that may be a different size to that you are ordering. Please get in touch with us for an accurate product image if you require further information prior to placing your order.

Can I leave a review based on service or specific products?
Yes, you can submit testimonial/feedback directly from the for on the 'Testimonials' section or alternatively, independently via Trustpilot. All initial ecommerce orders are followed up by an invitation to do so.
