Height Adjustable Castors with Handle from Sinclair & Rush.

Our Height Adjustable Castors with Handle allow for the easy movement and then height alignment of heavy loads. This style of Jacking Castor comes complete with a permanent handle for easy cranking and adjustment without tools. These Height Adjustable Castors travel in height by a maximum of 200.00mm. We have selected nylon wheels with a red polyurethane tyre and offer a selection of bearing types.

We can install a wide choice of wheels and bearings onto this Height Adjustable Jacking Castor unit, with many modifications taking only 2-3 days.

NEW FOR 2023, we now supply a version of this unit with detachable handle and improved mechanism.

Product Uses

This range are used in many industries where heavy equipment needs fine adjustment once moved into position. Height Adjustable Castors, also known as Jacking Castors are used to raise platforms and then to stow away where space is at a premium.

Please note that Jacking Castors can carry less weight in sets than standard castors, base on unladen unit weight + maximum load / 2

When jacked up to the height please be aware of any obstacles as a sudden shock could result in the inner square tube bending around the outer tube. DO NOT OVERWIND Handle excessively more than what is needed as this will cause the pin in the gearbox to shear. (This is a safety precaution against over loading the unit)
