We stock a range of High Temperature Masking Tapes used during coating and plating processes to mask off threads, earthing points and other areas that need to remain untreated. Our Green Polyester Tape with a maximum temperature of 204°c is most popular with Powder Coating applications is available in discs or die-cuts. For a higher temperature rating of 260°c and greater Electrical Insulation properties, we supply Polyimide Tapes and discs.
Our Silicone Self-Fusing Tape has a maximum temperature of 315°c and bonds to itself without the need for a separate adhesive carrier. For more abrasive processes, our Glass Cloth Tape has a much higher tensile strength and a maximum temperature of 260°c. Crepe Masking Tape offers good paint flaking resistance.
