Plastic Feet are harder and offer a non-marking, cost-effective way of finishing furniture. We Injection Mould in the UK and offer a large range of standard Internal Plastic Feet Internal from stock. Our range of Insert Feet, simply push into tubes and box section and are firmly held in place by ribbed cores. This range of Plastic Feet are made to suit the standard tube sizes and shapes used for Furniture, Shelving, Machinery and Equipment.
As standard, we stock Round Insert Feet to suit tube sizes from 12.70mm to 25.40mm, the Head Diameter matches the OD of the Chair Leg so that the end result is a neat, flush fit. Insert Feet come with different sized cores to sort different metal gauges. Square Insert Feet and Rectangular Insert Feet are typically for larger furniture such as tables and work benches and are often used to close off vertical framework making legs.
Our Round Insert Feet Angled Base are designed to push into angled chair legs and sit flat against for the floor, adding stability and providing an attractive way to finish furniture. We also offer Square Insert Feet Angled Base for chairs with Square Box Section. For maximum flexibility with angles, we provide Domed versions of both Round Insert Feet and Square Insert Feet. For heavier furniture or for equipment used on harder, more abrasive floors, we supply Heavy Duty Round Internal Feet with thicker bases, made from PVC to be more durable. We offer Felt Based versions of Angled Insert Feet to further reduce noise and protect polished flooring.
