Sinclair & Rush, Inc., through its VisiPak division, has successfully completed the acquisition of MasterPac Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri, a thermoform manufacturer specializing in clamshell packaging, blisters and trays. The move by VisiPak, a leading manufacturer of clear plastic packaging products, significantly increases their thermoforming capacity and capabilities. Production will continue at the existing MasterPac facility along with the other US locations in Arnold and Fenton, MO and Carlstadt, NJ. VisiPak also offers international manufacturing capabilities in the United Kingdom, China and Australia.

The VisiPak customer base will now enjoy the benefits of having an expanded selection of clamshell packaging, tooling and design capabilities, additional capacity, an expanded product range and clean room manufacturing options. The MasterPac customer base will now have access to the complete line of VisiPak packaging solutions including plastic tube container packaging, clear folding cartons and over 170 variations of in-stock clamshells. In addition, VisiPak will continue to offer decorating, design services, contract packaging, assembly and fulfillment services at its U.S. and international manufacturing locations.
