It is clear to see that we want to be the best in our field across all areas of our business, however, we understand and appreciate that our successes would not be possible without our customers, both loyal and new.
As part of our commitment to our customers, we are constantly looking for areas of not only improvement but ways we can enhance the entire order process.
Over recent months, we have introduced our Free Carriage option for orders over £25. This means that no matter what product you order, no matter what weight it comes in at, if the order is over £25 (to cover administration costs), we will send this for free.
However, even more exciting, if you require a part but don’t have the time waiting to receive this using our standard delivery methods, did you know that we have teamed up with local couriers to arrange same-day delivery?
Rollback a few months, a customer of ours required something on the same day due to being let down by another supplier. We spent an hour looking for a solution and found that we could have a stock item delivered to them within 3 hours, saving their project from being over the deadline.
This got us thinking, how amazing would it be if we could offer this to all our customers? Whilst this service isn’t free, it does enable you to order a part to be delivered on the same day for urgent application requirements! All you would need to do is contact our sales team and discuss this directly with them (this service is not currently available on orders placed throughout the website).
