Our fantastic Sales Team got together recently at the Village Hotel in Maidstone to be coached by Frank Furness - World Wide Sales & Marketing Trainer/ Coach / Speaker. We were fortunate enough to be joined by our CEO Brad who travelled from USA to be with us! Similarly, our newly appointed MD Mark attended along with our fabulous HR Manager Sharon. The energy and collaboration in the room was incredible! It is so important to get teams together, particularly when remote working, to keep the togetherness alive, and face to face interaction, not to mention that family feel that we are so proud to have!
During our training day, we learnt the latest techniques in Sales, how to take our successful Business one step further & all the latest tools & applications readily available to assist us in our day to day jobs. We focused on the importance of Marketing and having a Social presence. All the team gave some excellent points & contributions. The breakout sessions were full of energy and enthusiasm. We have said it before, but must say it again, we are so proud of our dedicated and loyal team!
We know our team will implement the new findings in their day to day lives to gain the most they possibly can, out of the day!
