At Sinclair & Rush, we are constantly looking for ways to ensure all of our team members feel included in everything we do. Earlier this year, the team came up with a Company Vision which sets out an informal guideline of our targets and goals:
'To be the leader in our field whilst keeping our family feel, where every team member plays their part in providing the best possible customer experience'
The first major project as part of this vision was to find out from the team members how they felt about working for the company. With this in mind, our HR department set out to ask each individual to provide one word that they think about Sinclair & Rush.
This was then fed back to our Marketing department with the idea of creating a visual for the Boardroom in our Maidstone location.
Before the print could be installed, it was only fitting that the Board Room received a makeover. Team Members from the Accounts & Purchasing Team set to work sourcing paint, new furniture and plants and worked hard painting after hours to ensure that it looked fantastic! This makeover also included members of our Production Team completing some minor DIY elements.
With the walls decorated and new furniture installed, it was time for the artwork to be installed to finish it off. It is fantastic knowing that every team member had an input into something and that every single contribution was positive.
